It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert C. Lopp (New Albany, Indiana), who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Earl Lopp (Martha Byrd), Donald Lopp (Virginia Matthews), Gene Lopp, Glen Lopp, Raymond Lopp, Florence Lopp, Ruth Lopp Webb and Louise Day; and his grandson Joseph Simpson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Edgar Lopp, Gordon Lopp (Dilla McCaffery), Stewart Lopp and Mae Matthews (Bill); his children, Anna Lopp Ash (Darrell), Daniel Lopp (Louise Grubb), Harold Lopp and Robin Lopp Allen (Dennis); and his grandchildren, Jason Lopp, Evan Lopp, Cory Allen (Jana Hoffman), Pamela Ash Hampton, Hope Ash Anthony (Michael), Sarah Ash Sant (Jeffrey), Darren Ash (Kelli Shelton) and Natalie Ash Benovitz (Wayne). He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren and fourteen great-great-grandchildren.
