It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Edward Bloomer of New Albany, Indiana, who passed away on October 4, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Bloomer and Ruth Bloomer (Cox); and his brothers, Ricky Goodale and Gary Bloomer. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Morris Bloomer (Larue); his sons, Joshua Ray Bloomer and Nathan Bloomer; his grandchildren, Lexi, Eli, Fox and Sierra; and his siblings, Betty White, Vicky Baye, Bart Bloomer, Greg Prather (Linda), Sherry Tutts, Roger Goodale (DeeDee) and Patty Jones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Contributions in Ray's memory may be made to his wife in care of the funeral home.
