She was predeceased by: her father Paul Tanner; and her siblings, Jill Tanner Lett and PJ Tanner. She is survived by: her mother Edna Tanner; her husband Todd Perkins; her daughters, Maria and Katherine; and her sister Dana Tanner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, an organization that the Perkins and Tanners felt strongly about.
