She was predeceased by: her father Hubert Shelton; her husband Charles R. Ratchford; and her siblings, Libby Grubbs and Bobby Shelton. She is survived by: her daughters, Christina Graham (Norman) and Lisa Klinglesmith; her grandchildren, Austin Graham, Aubrey Graham, Reese Klinglesmith and Aidan Klinglesmith; and her siblings, Ann Proctor and Donnie Shelton (Dianne). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
