She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rose and Audra Rose (Buck); her husband George Cunningham; and her siblings, James, Glen Rose and Virginia Weedman.

She is survived by: her sons, Steve Cunningham (Deena) of Sellersburg and Scott Cunningham (Adriene) of King; her grandchildren, Erin Hanner (Clint), Caleb Cunningham (Kelsey), Brett Cunningham (Alex), Ashley Mize (Alex) and Taylor Cunningham; and her great grandchildren, Madalyn Hanner, Regan, Reece Cunningham, Crew, Cash Cunningham and Carter Mize.
