Margie A. Drake Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margie A. Drake of New Albany, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 26, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter O. Erdman and Mary Catherine Erdman; her husband Sgt. Bruce Drake; and her siblings, Robert, Susan and Sissy.

She is survived by: her children, David Drake, James Drake (Dori), Christopher Drake (Charity) and Beth Drake (Stan); her grandchildren, Cheyanne, Morganne, Kaitlynn, Elizabeth, McHaila, Sheila, Stanley "Bubby" and Samuel; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Alistair, Sophia, Kyro and Selena.

Expressions of sympathy are suggested to her favorite charity, Friends of the Smokies.
