He is survived by: his wife Byrendia Hipsher (Thomas); his children, Lowell Dwayne Hipsher (Connie), Tiffany Wilkinson (William) and Sherria Robinson (Christopher); his grandchildren, Bradley, Jordan, Tyler, Sydney, Ana, Kristyn and Kelcey; and his great grandchildren, Quiniya of William and Elijah. He is also survived by six brothers; three sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
