She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilby Frazier and Imogene Caudill Frazier; her daughter Regina Allen; her siblings, Kellis Frazier, Kletta Frazier, Edward Frazier and Lyle Frazier; her granddaughter Jessica Atchison; and her great grandchild Xavier Kay.
She is survived by: her husband Vincent Lilly; her sons, Timothy Lilly (Delma), Phillip Lilly (Lissa) and Roy Lilly (Teresa); her son-in-law Steve Allen; her sisters, Ethelene Thomas and Oveta Davis; and her grandchildren, Sabrina Kay (Gage), Samantha Lancaster (Bobby), Alan Lamb (Heather), Nathan Lilly, Dalton Lamb, Kayla Elliott (Ty) and Bryan Lilly (Brianna).
