He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar Wills and Mary Popham Wills; and his siblings, Tommy Wills, Norma King, Peggy Johnston and Donna Byas.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Richmer Wills of Lanesville, Indiana; his daughters, Terri Wills (Rainbow) of Lanesville and Morgan Wills of Bloomington, Indiana; his siblings, Dan Wills (Jodie) of New Albany, Indiana and Lynn Dyehouse (John) of Clarksville, Indiana; and his grandson James Wills.
