He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Cooke and Naomi Cooke (Turner); his daughter Kimberly Cooke; and his close friend Mark Forler. He is survived by: his daughter Kristine Anderson (Chris); his siblings, Bill Cooke (Carolyn), Gloria Smith, Tony Cooke (Cecilia), Angela Schmidt (Tony), Diane Adams (Ralph), Jeffrey Cooke and Tim Cooke; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Howell (Wesley), Megan Anderson (Dylan Fogg) and Christian Anderson; and his great grandchild Kayden Fogg.
