He is survived by: his wife Olive Bingham (Secrest); his stepchildren, Charlene Caufield (Michael) and Douglas Luther (Annette); his grandchildren, Patrick Caufield, Heather Benjamin (Jason), Amanda Forest and Eric Adams; his great grandchildren, Mercedes, Parker and Alex; and his granddaughter Chloe.
