As Hiram Rickey departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Hiram Rickey may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Hiram Rickey leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Fee Jr. and Colleen Flannary Bates. He is survived by: his wife Eulalie Fee; his sisters, Janice Fee and Debby Biggs (Roy); his sister-in-law Melissa McIntosh (Linda Medley); and his pet Nash.
In keeping with Rick's wishes to not do anything traditional, the family invites everyone to come and celebrate his life from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Our Lady of Perpetual Hops (300 Foundation Court, New Albany, IN 47150). In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Rick's memory be made to Boys and Girls Haven (2301 Goldsmith Lane, Louisville, KY 40218).
