She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Gunn and Hubert Sullivan; her stepfather Charles Davis; her husband Spurlock; and her siblings, Harold Davis, Larry Davis, Randy Davis, Sue Weatherford and Sharon Missi.

She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Herrera (Ted) of Brownsburg, IN and Rebecca Philpott of Sellersburg, IN; her stepdaughter Pam Deuser (Rick) of Winter Garden, FL; her grandchildren, Victoria, Mary, Devan, Kyle and Erik; her great grandchildren, Smith and Isla; and her sister Linda Badger of Grove City, OH..
