She was predeceased by: her father David Smith; her grandparents, Ernest, Pauline Phillipy, Albert and Carolyn Smith; her cousin Marcie Chavez-Deckard; and her uncle Jimmy Phillipy.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Jo Smith (Phillipy); and her daughter Kaylee Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Ln, New Albany, IN 47150). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Mount Tabor Cemetery.
