He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Cotner and Marion Cotner. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Cotner, Diane Weigleb, Dennis Cotner, Glennis Beach, Alma Briles and Lonnie Cotner.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kraft Funeral Service (2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
