He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Ann Banet; and his parents, Raymond Banet and Flora Banet. He is survived by: his siblings, Edmund Banet, David Banet (Ann) and Venita Lynch; his great grandchild Blake Schmidt; and his siblings, Jerry Banet, Raymond Junie'Banet and Loretta Atkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
