He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jr. Wisman and Hazel Wisman; and his brother-in-law Bill Dukes. He is survived by: his siblings, Diana Dukes and Donnie Wisman (Stacy); his son Casey Summers (Stephanie); his grandson Grayson Summers; his sister Candy Stewart (Herb); his nieces, Shannon Walther (Claude), Stacey Walther and Courtney Robinson (Jeremy); and his nephew Justin Wisman (Holly). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Ln, New Albany, IN 47150). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that contributions in Francis's memory be made to Crusade for Children.
