He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Fox and Frank Fox Sr.; his wife Phyllis Fox; and his siblings, David, Jimmy Fox and Shirley Viers.
He is survived by: his children, Darri Mills (Kevin) and Todd Fox (Sherrie); his grandchildren, Whitney Maggard (Rob), Tyler Mills (Beth), Ryan Rousey, Andrew Mills (Morgan), Shelby Fox and Tanner Fox; his great grandchildren, Brennon, Madison, Maddie, Cooper, Ryleigh, Lucie, Henry and Knox; his great great grandchild Kaiden; and his siblings, Fred, Mike Fox and Linda Franz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
