He is survived by: his children, Rita Phipps of New Albany, Mary Jo Smith of New Albany, Cindy Deckard (Lynn) of Greenville, Indiana and Jimmy Phillipy (Samantha) of Sellersburg, Indiana; his grandchildren, Nikki, Gretchen, Valerie, Marcie, Chad, Jimmy, Amanda and Bryan; his great grandchildren, Conner, Holden, Kaylee, Dalton, Tyler, Joslyn, Xander, Jayden, Ashlynn, Everlynn, Kessa, Bennett, Riley and Phillip Jr.; and his great great grandchild Estrella.
