He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Fein and Lucille Cooper (Ollis); and his brother Larry Fein. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Fein; his daughter Rebecca Powers (Craig); his grandchildren, Kirsten Powers, Kaitlyn Powers and Keegan Powers; and his brothers, Kevin, Nevin (Kelly) and Tony Fein. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
The family requests that contributions in Donnie's memory be made to Floyd County Humane Society.
