He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Elmore and Emma Elmore; and his brothers, Ottis Elmore, John Elmore and Marvin Elmore.
He is survived by: his wife Tonia C. Elmore; and his sons, Donald Elmore, Jr., Spencer Elmore (Rebecca), Bradley Huffman (Renee), Franklin Huffman and Ronnie Huffman. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Ln, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Memphis Christian Church (13503 Memphis-Blue Lick Rd, Memphis, IN 47143).
The family requests that contributions in Donald's memory be made to the Building project at Memphis Christian Church.
