He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kemper and Milley Embry Kemper; and his grandsons, Jesse Marshall, Matthew Marshall and Dennis Kemper.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Kemper; his children, Donna Hacker (Michael), Brian Kemper (Elizabeth) and Michael Kemper; his grandchildren, Kayla Gilpin (Terry), Joshua Marshall (Kacey), Zachary Hacker, Ciera Hacker, Brittany Kemper (Gage), Dylan Kemper (Carlie) and Jared Kemper; and his sister Barbara Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Ln, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
