She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Gordon and Viola Gordon; her husband Ottas Snyder; and her siblings, Eugene Gordon, James Gordon, David Gordon, Collin Gordon and Ernestine Richards.

She is survived by: her son Kenneth Snyder Sr. (Sue Ammons); her brothers, Don Gordon, Richard Gordon and John Gordon; and her grandchildren, Kenneth Snyder Jr., Robert Snyder Camden Snyder, Destiny Snyder, Angela Gilbert, Joshua Snyder, Douglas Ammons (Tonya) and Clifton Ammons. She is also survived by her many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
