He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Williams and Edgar T. Williams; and his twin-brother Donald Edward Williams. He is survived by: his children, Kevin D. Williams (Ana Paula) and Shannon Williams (Stephen Everitt); and his grandsons, Stephen Everitt and David A. Williams.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. John Paul II Catholic Church or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
