He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edward Straub, Sr. and Helen Straub (Abraham); his sister Dottie Schwab; his son Paul Edward Straub; and his stepdaughter Melinda Roellig.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Straub (Grant); his children, John Straub (Pam), Kit Marcum (Tim), Mary Pargas (Fernando), Martha Straub, Briley Leveronne (Joshua) and Eric Roellig (Natalie); his grandchildren, Sarah Jo Rall, Kelsey Straub, Parker Straub, Ryne Wilson, Tanner Marcum, Tucker Marcum, Jocelyn "Ash" Straub, Theodore Leveronne, Conley Leveronne, Luca Leveronne, Marlee Roellig and Maycee Roellig; and his great grandchildren, Kysn Wilson, Rylnn Wilson, Ettarey Rall and Apollo Rall.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Market Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes (1119 E Market St, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
