He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Prario Sample of Greenville; his sons, Aaron Lee Prario of Memphis, Aadam Alan Prario (Autumn) of Salem and Paul Femia Prario of Borden, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Zane Aalexander and Teegan Sawyer Prario of Salem; his parents, Gwen Sample and Steve Sample of Ocala; and his brother Leslie Palmer "Palmer" Sample (Argelia) of Ocala, Florida..
