He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles I. Parks, Sr. and Yoshiko Ebikawa Ahart (Ebikawa). He is survived by: his wife Becky Parks; his children, David Parks and Katherine Parks; the mother of his children Misty Leland; and his siblings, Patrick Parks (Misty) and Mayumi Jeffries. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
The family requests that contributions in Charles's memory be made to New Albany-Floyd County Animal Shelter (215 W Market St, New Albany, IN 47150) or another animal shelter of your choosing.
