She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jefferson Cardwell and Mary Mattingly Schaad; her brothers, Joe Cardwell and Mike Schaad; and her sons, Randy J. Singleton and Jefferey A. Singleton.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Blanton, Theresa Dooley (Jim) and Rhonda J. Hoffman; her grandchildren, David, Chris Blanton, Christina Trent, Todd Ayers, Kalyn Singleton and Dawson Dooley; her siblings, Judy Bolin and Bill Schaad; and her sister-in-law Reva Glass.
