In the sacred silence of farewell, Carole is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Opal Chaffin and Edmond Faith Sr. A (New Albany); and her siblings, Edmond Faith Jr. and Margie Moore. She is survived by: her nephew Jerry Wooten; her nieces, Teresa McCullough Hogue (Ricky) and Marilyn Rothwell (Lynn); and her great-nephews, Shawn Wooten (Holly) and Jeremy Wooten (Amanda). She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Shively, KY 40216). An entombment was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Carol's memory to the Floyd County Humane Society of Indiana, an organization that was dear to her heart.
