With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brad Phillip Adkins of New Albany, Indiana, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 4, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Michelle Adkins (Martin); and his brother Aaron Ezell. He is survived by: his father Art Adkins; his fiancée Trish Milchling; his son Jacob Adkins; his siblings, Nick Adkins, Brandi Bryant, Ashlen Adkins and Matthew Adkins; and his grandmother Thelma Harler. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
