She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Polley; her daughter Angela Jorden; her parents, Bradley Coogle and Martha Coogle; and her siblings, David Coogle and Mary Alice Coogle.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Jorden, Michelle Begley (Tony), Kim Minor and Melissa Hillman (George); and her siblings, Mark Coogle, Jimmy Coogle (Judy), Linda Colvin and Janice VonAllmen. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
