He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hash and Clara Hash (Hardin). He is survived by: his wife Janice Dierking; his children, Kevin Dierking (Kim) and Lori Belcher (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Erin Turk (Rob), Kyle Hickman (Isaiah), Alton Belcher, Summer Dierking and Claire Belcher; his great grandchildren, Miller Hickman and Andie Turk; and his sisters, Phyllis Snider and Lynn Allen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be sent to St. Jude's Hospital.
