He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Frank, Sr. and Mary Etta Frank (Easley); and his brother-in-law David Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Diana Frank (Smith); his son Arthur "Trey" Frank, III (Mandie); his granddaughters, Sophie and Emma Frank; and his siblings, Richard Lee Frank, Sr. (Donna) and Jo Ann Morgan.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Market Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes (1119 E Market St, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
