He is survived by: his wife Janet Stell Shutters; his siblings, Richard, Ray Shutters, Marilyn Roley and Barbara Poe; his sisters-in-law, Janan Absher and Tina Stell; his nieces and nephews, James, David Absher, Deanna Newill and Melissa Fettner; and his pets, Sunny and Rusty.
