He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hash and Ida Hash (Adkins); his daughter Shelly Diane Hash; and his granddaughter Priscilla Hash. He is survived by: his son David Hash (Kathy); and his niece Martha "Marty" Crowder. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
