Harrell of Nashville; his children, Arlen Harrell (Darla) of Newport, NC and Anna Harrell of Morehead City, NC; his stepchildren, Jeff Lenwell of Nashville, Laura Purcell of Fort Wayne and Christine Wanner of Nashville; and his siblings, Daniel Harrell of Borrego Springs, CA, Charles Harrell of Orem and Thomas Harrell of Mission Viejo, CA.. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
