He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bartlett and Alberta Bartlett (Wagner); and his grandson Samuel David Kemmerling. He is survived by: his wife Martha C. Bartlett (Shearer); his children, Terri Lynn Bartlett of Lebanon, Melanie Bartlett of Nashville, Kenny Kemmerling (Jennie) of Nashville and Jeremy Edwards (Renda) of Crawfordsville; his siblings, Mike Bartlett of Lebanon and Becky Bogan of Brownsburg; and his grandchildren, Jake, Hunter, Anna, Cory, Cooper, Drake, Morgan, Dalton and Damon.
