He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Blake and Leah Blake; and his stepsons, Timothy and William Hatchett. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Maxine Blake; his children, Cal Blake (Vickie), Jerri Blake and Shane Blake (Sheila); and his stepchildren, Deborah Woods (Don) and James Hatchett (Beth). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Funeral Chapel and Crematory of Powell (3000 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A procession will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at the Duncan Cemetery (4100 Yellowwood Rd, Nashville, IN 47448).
Memorial contributions may be made to any of the Moose lodge charities, Mooseheart or Moosehaven.
