He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Dayle and Marian Woodward (Pierse); his son Neal Michael Woodward; his brother Paul Randolph Woodward; and his uncle Bruce Woodward (Jean).
He is survived by: his wife Jill Woodward (Young); his children, Adam Woodward and Mary Ann Green (Chris); his grandchildren, Ashley Moser (Andrew), Madison Woodward (Jerry), Neal and Owen Green; his stepgrandchildren, Chase Thornsberry and Addison Hildenbrand; his great grandchildren, Jagger Pruett, Malakai Tobin and Atlas Lancaster; his sisters, Cathy Paff (Don), Karen Fowler (Tim) and Lisa Gunn (Doug); and his uncle Don Pierse (Barb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bellevue Area Optimist Club, the Plainfield Optimist Club, or a charity of your choice.
