She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Forys of Nashville, IL; her grandchildren, Wendy Forys of Maryville, IL, Jessica Cameron (Keith) of Worden, IL, Traci Ritchey (Jonathan) of Stafford, VA, Jason Forys (Jessie) of Collinsville, IL and Scott Forys (Heather) of St. Elmo, IL; and her great grandchildren, Sydnie Forys, Madilyn Cameron, Chesney Cameron, Violet Ritchey, Samuel Ritchey and Charlotte Forys.
