She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Spencer and Aline Spencer; her sister Marlene Foreman; her brother-in-law Jeff Foreman; her son Dean Smith; and her friend Val Winkle.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Smith Cook (James); her grandchildren, Taylor Anderson and Brandon Smith; her great grandchildren, Evan Anderson and Luke Anderson; and her sibling Terry Moore (Tammy). She is also survived by nieces and nephew.
