He is survived by: his father Amos Lucas of Columbus; his daughters, Ashley Lucas of Nashville and Emma Lucas of Greenwood; his siblings, Mark Lucas (Jeanne) of Nashville, Dan Lucas (Janie) of Columbus and Stacy McCord (Aaron) of Columbus; and his pet Bandit. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
