He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Charles and Angeline Conti Wolf; his children, John Wolf and Cindy Wolf; and his brothers, Tom Wolf and James Kapetanios.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Pugh; his children, Tonya C. Wolf of Nashville and Jason T. Wolf of Nashville; his grandchildren, Quintessence Wolf, Sequoya Suchie, Austin Smith, Carl Moody, Jr., Charley Moody, Mason Wolf and Madison Dudley; and his brother Joseph Sadula of DeMott, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
