He is survived by: his wife Tonya S. Lowdermilk of Nashville; his children, Russ Lowdermilk of Charleston, Jesslyn Jones-Isabell of Nashville and Hezekiah Jones-Isabell; his grandsons, Noah and Jacob Lowdermilk; his brother Sam Lowdermilk; and his sister-in-law Bobbie Neal of Nashville.
