He was predeceased by: his son Joshua Alan Lewis; his stepson Michael Kelly Funk; his parents, Arlando Francis Lewis and Naomi Ferrand Lewis Barker; his siblings, Lanny Lewis, Bob Lewis, Mike Lewis and Mary Lewis; his niece Carrie Bray; and his nephews, Anthony and J. J. Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy (Funk) of Venice, FL; his daughter Diana Lipford (Chris) of Kimmel, IN; and his stepchildren, Margo Funk Lou (Junyang) of Foxborough, MA, Anne-Marie Reader (Scot) of Asheville, NC and Christie Funk (Michael) of Acworth, GA.. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 22 nieces and nephews.
