He is survived by: his parents, Billie Joe May and Elizabeth Gaile Grubbs (Ford) of Nashville; his stepmother Laurel May of Columbus, OH; his siblings, Kristen May of Columbus, OH, Alexis Lambe (Jeff) of Martinsville and Kevin May (Christina) of Columbus, OH; his grandparents, Nora and Nicholas Ford of Lewis Center, OH; his nieces, Hadley Lambe, Destiny May and Audrie Lambe; his nephew Collin May; and his pets, Mack and Esme.
