She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony J. Morello and Mary Morello Anderson; and her son Bob Percival. She is survived by: her children, Louise Evered (Erich), Laura Percival, Suzy Smith (Mike) and Dan Percival; her grandchildren, Andrew, Sophia, Jordan, Hannah and Cole; and her great grandchildren, Harper, Lennox and Morgan.

Instead of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nashville Christian Church in memory of Betty.
