He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Evanko and Laverne Herhuth Evanko; and his brothers, Robert and Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Tricia Jones; his children, Tiffany Evanko and David Evanko Jr.; his grandchildren, Loki and Athena; and his siblings, John Evanko (Mary), Larry Evanko (Jo), Dennis Evanko and Mary Stanley (Dennis).
