With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Sue Ashmore (Nashville, Indiana), born in Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on July 11, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fairmont "Mont" and Mariam "Mae" Smith (Clupper); her husband James Leonard Ashmore; and her sister Goldie Mae Walls. She is survived by: her children, Lou Ann Lucas (Randy), Jeff Ashmore (Tina) and Jimmy Ashmore (Michelle); her grandchildren, J. T., Heather, Casey, Kyle, Travis, Mattie and Joe; and her siblings, Bonnie Miller (Thurman) and Jack Smith (Bea). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
