She is survived by: her siblings, Ralph, Pierce (Fisher), Maxwell Rhea (Mac), Samuel Mark (Sammy), Mary Fern (Alexander), Etta Dean (O'Conner) and Johnnie Alva Ray Whitehead; her spouse William Mark Fike; her children, Catherine Anne (Nicely), Cathy Anne (Johnny) and Michael (Joann); her grandchildren, Brittany Nicole, Christian Keith, William Joseph, Audrey Lynette and Kimberly Anne; her great grandchild Gideon Joseph; her sister-in-law Elizabeth "Libby" Whitehead; and her niece Iona Bryne.
